Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the creation of the Business Transformation Department.
• Recruit, hire, train and manage the team.
• Establish the framework for evaluating business transformation opportunities.
• Complete a full review of the business to identify and prioritise and value add improvement and optimisation opportunities and develop an improvement roadmap.
• Map current processes, designing and implementing new processes and systems as needed to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and manage multiple transformation projects simultaneously.
• Develop and implement strategies to manage the human side of change, ensuring employee buy-in, engagement and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Prepare the budgets and business cases for projects with responsibility for owning and managing these budgets.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and stakeholders across the business to identity areas for improvement.
• Establish structures, KPIs and metrics to measure the success of transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

Requirements: Essential Skills, Attributes and Experience

• Relevant Bachelors degree – Commerce, Finance, Engineering, IT.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in business consulting, transformation, change management or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Project Management Qualification with Lean Six Sigma or similar experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage the deliver of large scale projects.
• Excellent communication skills. Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organisation with strong people change management skills.
